Bicycle Commuter Act Passes Congress
The $700 billion financial bailout package won't just go to 
Wall Street. It will also give aid to cyclists who ride their bikes to work in the form of a tax break. "Bicycle commuters will now be extended similar benefits to people who take transit and drive to work," said Andy Clarke, president of the League of American Bicyclists.
